The miner-neo tool¶

indir: the directory that was used as output directory for miner-causalinf-pre
outdir: the directory where the results will be stored

This utility uses NEO to compute causal inference.

You can see the tool’s available options when you enter miner-neo at the command prompt:

Usage: bin/miner-neo [-[-indir|in] <character>] [-[-outdir|out] <character>]

Parameters in detail¶

miner-neo expects at least these 2 arguments:
